Who, how & when

Tech entrepreneur, Jens Buch and restaurant owner, Clovis Degrave are the founders behind cartes blanches. The idea was nurtured during christmas 2018 when Jens tried the concept in Denmark. In 2019 Jens and Clovis worked on the execution of the project and in 2020 it was launched in Luxembourg. Today, despite the challenging circumstances, the company is growing it’s highly satisfied customer base.
